Recalling days of yore when the Picton Harbour drew visitors in the winter as well as in the summer, the Picton Recreation Committee brought Harbourfest to the frozen waters of the bay. More than 300 people made the event a part of their Family Day celebrations including Cyndl Powers (above) who joined in the shinny hockey action.
