Thousands attend Wellington’s signature parade

The Scarecrow, Tin Man and Lion were among the many characters taking part in the 23rd annual Wellington Pumpkinfest parade. The stars of the day were giant pumpkins competing in a weigh-off at CML Snider School. Other events included a pancake breakfast, book sale at the library and fun and games for the children.
