Helping Canadians with disabilities

Janet Marissen is seen here with three of her foster dogs. She has been fostering dogs for the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides program since 1999, and is currently with her 25th dog, which she says will be her last. The Dog Guides program provides service dogs to Canadians with disabilities to help them lead an independent life.
