Concert series kicks off at Base31

Sarah Harmer performs on the new stage in the refurbished Drill Hall at Base31 last Friday night. Hundreds of people attended the first concert, at which the County’s Annelise Noronha was the opening act. The site is being revitalized by its new owners, PEC Community Partners, who are seeking community input during the transformation.
