Bloomfield’s Mill Street becomes soapbox raceway

Although a little too young for this year’s race, brothers Hugo and Evo Zomer get a taste of what the future may hold as they sit in the cockpit of a soapbox racer in Bloomfield on Saturday. Over 40 children ranging from age five to 12 competed in the annual event.
