Spirit of festival continues

Krista Dalby and the Department of Illumination will be launching an at-home version of the Ice Box festival this year. With contributions from County artists and online programming, residents can take part in COVID-safe activities to banish the gloom of winter. An outdoor art show at the Armoury and flash mob dances are among the events planned.
