Ice Storm Update – Warming Centres to Stay Open
From a statement by the Municipality of Prince Edward.
Power outages are expected to continue until tomorrow afternoon in parts of
Prince Edward County.
Residents without power can drop-in to warming centres to charge phones, grab a coffee, heat food, and will stay open as long as required.
The voluntary Warming Centre at Shire Hall will be relocated to the Prince
Edward Community Centre (Picton Arena) as of 5:00 pm today.
