Juno Award-winning vocalist Kellylee Evans performs in the Sergeants Mess Hall at Base31 on Saturday night. In a series of songs and stories she told the audience about her life, starting off as a child of immigrant parents in Scarborough, through her career as a musician while recovering from being struck by lightning and then overcoming a number of concussions to finally repairing her health.
