Lantern making workshops offered at various County locations

Artist Pamela Carter holds up her paper lantern at a workshop at Wellington Town Hall. The Firelight Lantern Festival will take place in Picton on November 10, and participants are encouraged o make their own lantern at one of the many workshops offered across the County.
