The community celebrates giant vegetables

Evoking the spirit of the day, a pumpkin scarecrow greets attendees at Saturday’s Pumpkinfest Parade. Hundreds of people lined Main Street in Wellington for the parade of community floats and giant pumpkins. There were activities for kids at CML Snider School, music in the park, and the weigh-off for giant vegetables.
