OPP investigating theft of $21,000 in cash
(Prince Edward County, ON)—On November 08, 2013 the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Prince Edward County detachment began a theft investigating that had occurred at a Main St., Picton residence. The theft had occurred overnight, when suspect(s) had entered the residence and stole approximately $21,000 in cash. Police are appealing to the public for their assistance in identifying who is responsible. Anyone with information concerning this incident is asked to call Prince Edward County OPP at 1-888-310-1122 or if they wish to remain anonymous, to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Callers to Crime Stoppers don’t have to identify themselves or testify in court. If the information leads an arrest you may be eligible to a cash reward.
