Glorious weather greets Pumpkinfest revelers in Wellington
Among the hundreds who attended the 20th anniversary edition of Pumpkinfest, Elle Kopp of Wellington did not have to travel far to enjoy the pancakes, parade and park festivities in toque version of the ubiquitous orange beanie.
