The clouds parted and Wellington was all smiles for Prince Charles and Camilla

Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, greet invited guests as they enter the Wellington Farmers’ Market. Louise McFaul (white hat) coordinated vendors and local organizations at the market ahead of the visit.
