Celebrating winter in the hamlet

Snow gently drifts down as Dean waits for the Consecon Santa Claus parade to begin on Sunday afternoon. Hundreds of people gathered along Main Street to watch the short but energetic parade. There was a bake sale at the United Church, volunteers offered hot chocolate in front of the Legion, and there were activities for kids and their families in the Masonic Hall.
