Popular event returns after a two-year absence

Luke speeds down Mill Street in Bloomfield in a soapbox racer last Saturday morning. The classic event returned to the village after a two-year absence, with 70 children taking part in several age categories. Hundreds of parents and onlookers lined the street to see the young racers in action.
