County artists set to welcome visitors

Colleen Manestar holds her Opti-copter, a fanciful melding of the modern and Victorian known as steampunk. She is a new member of the Studio Tour, which takes place this weekend. Forty artists will be showing their works in 32 studios across the County, welcoming visitors for the first time in over 18 months.
