Nighttime parade lights up Main Street

(L-R) Sullivan and Cecilia await the start of the Bloomfield Nighttime Santa Parade on Friday evening. Thousands of people lined the main street for the annual parade that kicks off the festive season in the County. There was seasonal music broadcast from the United Church, and Peter Rea and guests played some rockin’ Christmas standards in The Breezeway. Hot chocolate and cookies from the folks at Bethany Church were a welcome treat, and there were several bonfires that added warmth and light.
