Milford Fair

Milford Fair celebrates its 80th anniversary

(L-R): Esme and Sophia were among the many children who enjoyed the day at the Milford Fair. There was face painting, bird feeder building, pumpkin painting as well as games such as the sack race and egg-and-spoon race (modified to use a less messy tennis ball) for the youngsters, log sawing and nail driving for the adults, as well as a dance exhibition, a dog show and music. Sandra Emlaw, who attended the first fair in 1946, was presented with a special certificate of achievement.
