Protecting biodiversity along the south shore

MPP David Piccini, Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks, announces the creation of the Monarch Point Conservation Reserve on the south shore of Prince Edward County as fellow MPP Todd Smith (L) and NCC director Mark Stabb look on. The new reserve will protect approximately 4,000 acres of land from Point Petre to Ostrander Point while maintaining its current recreational use.
